Pelumi brings a passion for fitness and sports, with a degree in Human Kinetics and Health Education from the University of Lagos and a Strength and Conditioning Certification. As an athlete and coach with 8+ years of experience, he has trained over 200 individuals and 10 corporate organizations. His firsthand experience helps him create fitness programs tailored to various audiences, from beginners to professional athletes, especially in regions where personalized fitness solutions are limited.
